Das Oberlandesgericht (OLG) Innsbruck hat am Donnerstag den Schuldspruch gegen den früheren Tiroler FPÖ-Nationalratsabgeordneten Werner Königshofer wegen übler Nachrede bestätigt. Königshofer war Anfang Februar in erster Instanz zu einer Geldstrafe von 5.000 Euro verurteilt worden. Er war von dem Linzer Kriminalbeamten und Datenforensiker Uwe Sailer verklagt worden, weil er dem Beamten öffentlich unterstellt hatte, in seinem Namen eine Datei mit einem gescannten Zeitungsartikel an die Neonazi-Homepage alpen-donau.info gemailt zu haben.
